“Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them.....” (1 Tim 4:16)

  • We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, who reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Spirit. (Matt 3:16-17,28:19-20; 2 Cor 13:14)
  • We believe in Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man at the same time, who became like us to bring about our salvation. We believe Jesus died, rose again and is alive today! (Matt 1:20-25, 16:15-16; John 1:1-18)
  • We believe in the Holy Spirit, who is active in the world, bringing us to salvation. (John 14:15-18, 16:7-15; Rom 8:1-17)
  • We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, revealing to us God’s will for our lives. (2 Tim 3:15-17; 2 Pet 1:20-21)
  • We believe that we are all sinners by both nature and act and need God’s forgiveness and cleansing. (Gen 3; Rom 3:23, 5:12-14, 6:15-23)
  • We believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross and that, by trusting in His death, we can be restored to a right relationship to God. (Isaiah 53:5-6; John 3:14-17)
  • We believe that God has enabled us to turn to Him from sin but that He has not forced us to do so. (Gen 2:16-17; John 1:12; Gal 6:7-8)
  • We believe that each person must repent, turn away from his sins, and trust Christ to accept him. (Isaiah 55:6-7; Acts 17:30-31)
  • We believe that when we turn from sin and trust in Christ the old record of sin is wiped clean, and we are born anew, thus becoming part of the family of God. (Acts 13:39; Titus 3:4-7; Gal 4:4-7)
  • We believe that after being born anew, we need the fullness of God’s Spirit in our hearts. When we make a complete commitment to Him, He cleanses our hearts, fills us with His perfect love, and gives us the power to live victoriously. (Matt 3:11, 22:37-40; 1 John 4:17-18)
  • We believe that the Church is the active Body of Christ in the world today. It is called together by the Holy Spirit, through the Word, for the purpose of fulfilling God’s plan for the world until Christ returns. (1 Cor 12:12-31; Eph 5:25-27)
  • We believe in baptism and urge people to be baptized as Christians. (Matt 28:16-20; Acts 2:37-41)
  • We believe in the Lord’s supper. (Matt 26:26-29; 1 Cor 11:23-32)
  • We believe God can heal. We pray for healing. We also believe that God can work through medical science. (2 Cor 12:7-10; James 5:13-16)
  • We believe that Jesus is coming again. (John 14:1-3; 1 Thess 4:13-18)
  • We believe that the dead will be raised to life, and that everyone will face the judgment of God with its rewards and punishments. We believe that Jesus will make all things new, (Matt 25:31-46; Rev 20:11-15 Rev 21:1-4)

2 Cor:20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
